Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Policy
At Grocer, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, due to the nature of certain products, we have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy for the following items:

5. _Special orders and customized products_: Products that are specifically ordered or prepared for a customer.
6. _Cooked and prepared foods_: All cooked and prepared foods, including but not limited to, meals, snacks, desserts, and beverages.
Reasons for Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Policy:
1. _Food safety and hygiene_: Perishable products, cooked and prepared foods, and personal care items cannot be resold due to food safety and hygiene concerns.
2. _Limited shelf life_: Products with limited shelf life cannot be returned or refunded due to their perishable nature.
3. _Customization and special orders_: Customized products and special orders cannot be returned or refunded due to their unique nature.
Exceptions:
In exceptional cases, we may accept returns or provide refunds for non-returnable and non-refundable products. However, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will require approval from our customer support team.
